Logan`s Roadhouse in Frankfort

Service was good, though it was early in the evening. My end cut prime rib was very good. My guests sirloin and shrimp was tasty, though the shrimp was a little tough. The sweet potatoes were huge. Her side salad was very good. I'd say food, service and prices on par with any other chain restaurants.This was my first time here and, based on this experience, I would eat here again.

Wonderful service from Tim as always. We only try to go when he is here. Food was good too!

Loads of good food. Peanuts shells on the floor. Great happy hour. The rolls are outstanding. Great service!

Great food and great service. I always enjoy eating here. Great place to go to with the family. Good place for birthday parties as well. I highly recommend eating here if you have never been.

Hostess not very friendly. Not sure why we waited 20 minutes for a table when there were 4 open. After we got seated, our server Maggie was great! Food came out fast and tasted very good. All else was good.

The service and food was good as it gets./The food was cook right and hot and salad was very impressive.

Deplorable. The service was awful and the food that we actually received was clearly warmed in a microwave. We went our entire visit without receiving our salads, but were charged for them. The rice was probably a couple days old based on how hard it was. Our server was sitting in the front most of the time talking to the hostess or looking out the window. I never once saw a manager or anyone else to actually help. I would never go back in this place again and would reccomend you pick somewhere else for your meal, if you want it fresh and hot.

Food was delicious and service was ok but that's just one visit. Atmosphere was very loud,plenty of t.v.'s if you like to see sports games, clean, nice bar. Very comfortable and lively place to have a night out.

Truly doesn't deserve this one star. Waited at our table for 38 minutes and only got rolls and our drinks. We were never once asked if we were ready to order until we had already been there that long. Got our check which we had to send back because happy hour was not put on there. Paid and left no tip. This was after we had gotten bad service the last time, in which we were there 15 minutes never got a menu or drinks.

Came in during a slow period. Less then 10 customers. Had to wait to be seated. Waited over ten minutes to get rolls and my order taken. My appetizer and entree came out at the same time. The nachos tasted like they were made with cheap canned chili and my steak was well over cooked. Will not be coming back to this establishment. Update: the bar is full of dirty cups all around and has been this way since I got here 45 minutes ago. And I just now recieved my steak that had to be re-cooked.

I tried a Logan steak, a bit tough with a slight liver taste. I prefer their ribeye. The house made chips were chewy and left you with an oil flavor. That said veggie and mushroom shewers were wonderful. The carrot cake is AWESOME. Waitstaff was great . We'll go back again and try something else.

I normally love eating at your restaurant but today was a badd experience was not crowded waited an hour for my food and it was burnt... I had the rack of ribs and my fiance had meat loaf how can you possibly burn meat loaf..

It was nice to drop by for a late lunch. I tried the pull pork sandwich.

This spot gives fantastic service and delightful menu. My favourite place in the city. The food served quickly and the rates were reasonable. Highly recommended.

Service was inconsistent. Some of us got salads before main meal. Others after. Food was fine but I'm sure other places compare or is better.

I ordered the Longhorn (porterhouse steak) medium-rare with the cauliflower au gratin. Both were AMAZING!!! The steak just melted in my mouth and the au gratin was equally as amazing! Delicious!!
